Cucumber Jalapeno Margarita

Servings: 2

Ingredients:

  • Ice

  • Tequila

  • 1/2 lime

  • 1 jalapeno; sliced

  • 1 cucumber; sliced and quartered

  • Sour mix

Squeeze juice from 1/2 a lime into your cocktail shaker. Add a couple slices of jalapeno (adjust for your desired spiciness) and a few pieces of cucumber and muddle ingredients together. Add a 4-second pour of tequila and the same amount of sour mix. Add a scoop of ice and shake vigorously. Pour over ice into the cocktail glass of your choice and garnish with lime or cucumber.

Notes:

We prefer reposado or anejo tequilas, but you can use any tequila of your choice. See the sour mix we like below, but you can use anything you like.
