Notes:
The Espresso Martini is having a moment! It’s a great pick-me-up drink at the beginning or end of the evening. Every time we are out and about, a debate seems to ensue surrounding the proper way to make an Espresso Martini. This recipe is our favorite, but there are some variations if you would like to test them out. For a creamier EM, substitute the simple syrup for Bailey’s Irish Cream. You can also use a vanilla vodka in place of regular vodka, and eliminate the simple syrup as well. It’s all dependent on your sweet tooth and preference.
