Ingredients:

  • 1/2 oz. Creme de Cassis

  • Dry champagne

  • Lemon twist for garnish

Add Creme de cassis to champagne flute. Top with champagne and garnish with lemon twist.

Notes:

Creme de Cassis is a black currant liqueur. It adds a berry sweetness to the dry champagne. We suggest drinking this as a dessert cocktail.
