Gary’s Guacamole
Italians can make guac too.

Ingredients:
3-4 large, ripe avocados
1 jalapeno, seeded and diced
12 cherry tomatoes, chopped fine
1/2 red onion, chopped fine
2 tbsp. cilantro, chopped fine
1 tbsp. olive oil
1/2 lime, juiced
Salt & pepper to taste
Garlic powder to taste
In a large mixing bowl, mash avocados. We like to leave some texture to the avocados so we don’t mash them completely, but this is up to you.
Add all ingredients to your bowl: jalapeño, tomatoes, onion, cilantro, olive oi, and lime juice and mix well.
Taste - add salt, pepper, and garlic powder to your liking. Once all ingredients are combined, serve with your favorite tortilla chip.
Notes:
We prefer to large avocados to the smaller ones - they tend to be more creamy. However, sometimes you just have to get what’s ripe! So, adjust your avocado quantity accordingly.
