Prosciutto & Egg Sandwich
Breakfast. But make it Italian.

Ingredients:
3 eggs
Butter
Salt & pepper to taste
2 slices of sourdough bread, toasted
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp. Locatelli Pecorino Romano
2-3 slices prosciutto di Parma, thinly sliced
Spicy Bomba Chili Sauce
In a small bowl, whisk eggs until beaten. Add a little butter to a medium frying pan and melt on medium heat. Drop eggs in your pan. Sprinkle a little salt & pepper and Locatelli into the eggs and scramble until cooked. We like our eggs fluffy, but moist and not overdone.
In a separate frying pan, add slices of prosciutto and crisp until edges are slightly crispy.
Toast your slices of bread. We like sourdough, but you can obviously use any bread you like. Spread butter over top slice of bread. Spread Bomba sauce over top slice of bread (optional).
On bottom slice of bread, add your eggs and then top with cripsy prosciutto. Top with other slice of bread, slice & enjoy!
