Nilla Wafer Martini

Ingredients:
Nilla Wafers, finely crushed (for rim)
4 oz. vanilla vodka
4 oz. amaretto
2 oz. heavy whipping cream
Dip the rim of your glass in some amaretto, and then rim the edges in crushed Nilla Wafer cookies. We just take a handful, put them in a plastic bag, and finely crush them with a rolling pin.
Fill a cocktail shaker with vodka, amaretto, and cream. Add ice and shake until very cold.
Strain into a martini glass.
