Tequila Pineapple Cocktail

Tequila Pineapple

Servings: 1

Ingredients:

  • Ice

  • 1/2 lime

  • Tequila

  • Pineapple juice

  • Tajin for rim

Fill a cocktail shaker with some ice. Fill a rocks glass 1/4 full with tequila. Fill the remainder of glass with your pineapple juice. Pour into cocktail shaker and squeeze 1/2 lime into the shaker. Repeat for the number of cocktails you’re making. A standard 12. oz. cocktail shaker with ice will hold 2-3 servings. Shake vigorously until very cold.

If you are doing a rim, dip edges of glass into lime juice and then dredge edges of glass in tajin. Pour into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

Notes:

For the tequila, we always prefer a reposado or anjeo, but you can use any tequila of your liking.
