Shrimp Wedge Salad
a classic wedge. but better.

Ingredients:
1 head iceberg lettuce
1 bushel green onion; chopped
1 container cherry tomatoes; halved
Bleu Cheese Dressing
6 strips bacon; cooked and chopped into small pieces
Cooked shrimp
Quarter your iceberg head and place each quarter on a plate. Pour dressing over lettuce first so all ingredients stick. Sprinkle your tomatoes, green onion, and bacon pieces over the dressing. Then finish with your cooked shrimp. Serve immediately.
Notes:
This is such a quick and easy recipe. Great for a quick weeknight summer meal or to serve at dinner parties. You can buy your cooked shrimp from the store, but we prefer to use our shrimp scampi recipe. The shrimp will be much more flavorful if you cook them yourself.
